How do I register a new team and build my roster?
Review the walkthrough video at nagva.org/account/my-nagva, then register your team on the NAGVA tournament page.
Any issues with NAGVA technology?
How do I pay my team fee?
Venmo @Karl-Vinge-1 and include team name, city, and division in the memo. Rates increase at each payment deadline, see Payment Deadlines above.
What if my team doesn't have a certified ref or scorekeeper?
A per-match fee applies when your team is assigned as the work team (price TBD), payable in advance via Venmo. Get certified on nagva.org to avoid it.
Can I get a refund?
Full refunds of the tournament fee are offered until September 26, 2026.
Where do I park?
Parking is free at Capital Sports Center, in the lot across the street from the facility.
Can you fix the NAGVA website?
No.

Request an inactivity re-rate? Officially request the three-year inactivity re-rate from the Director of Eligibility by emailing eligibility@nagva.org, courtesy copying the NAGVA Secretary at secretary@nagva.org.
